SMSC v8.2.0 Release Notes
Overview
PAiC (est. 2015) is successfully processing +1B transactions per month, for MNOs, MVNOs, and VAS providers in over 25 countries, in 5 continents.
Version 8.2.0 focused on 3 major components:
• Integrating social media (e.g., Business WhatsApp) and AI Chatbot (e.g., ChatGPT) to SMSC functionalities
• Improvements in performance, handling, and message processing
• Security enhancements
This release gives our SMSC an upgraded security layer, improves its performance, and ensures an added value of integrating with the latest technological advances, such as ChatGPT.

- Update minor version of jSS7 and SMPP libraries: Handling and processing messages improvements.
- Update version of jQuery library from 1.9.1 to 3.6.4: Improvements in performance, security enhancements and other major bug fixes.
- Cassandra DB upgrade from 4.0.7 to 4.1.1: Improvements in performance and other minor bug fixes.
